LB Steak San Ramon pulls concept from its brick + mortar San Jose location, where a contemporary American steakhouse shows its true colors. The new San Ramon location takes cues from cattle rancher’s apparel, where refined yet rustic materials and features are displayed through every detail. As guests enter, they are greeted with a lively bar with brass details and modern sconces, both of which are inspired by bolo ties. Braided details often seen in belts and hats are showcased throughout the restaurant, most significantly in the interlocking wood ceiling panels floating above the main and semi-private dining areas.

A central wine wall separates main dining from semi-private dining, where guests can view the immense wine program while they dine at leather hide banquettes. Nearby, an abstracted landscape mural of cattle ranchers acts as both door and artwork, offering a peek into the private dining room, where luxe hair on hide wallcovering embellishes the walls.
