This complex design challenge placed two well-known quick service restaurants within one small, complex venue location.

Arcsine brought the prescriptive design package of Einstein Bros Bagels together with the customized local surf flavor of the Pizza My Heart brand. Each guest through-put and kitchen operational program exist cohesively. The venue also challenged Arcsine with its complexity of as-built conditions and rigorous inspectors. Yet to be fair we hunger to always stay learning, always sharp and projects like these make us stronger!
