Blum, Gibbs, and Davies (BGD), a family law firm located in Oakland, California sought out Arcsine for a 4,700 square foot office tenant improvement project for a two-story building we helped them source and performed test fits before they purchased in 2015. Upon purchase, the project progressed quickly as we already had a program in place and were accustomed to working together. The extent of the project included complete demolition of all interior partitions to create a new layout for 6 attorney offices, 4 paralegal offices, 2-3 work stations, a combined copy/mail/IT room and 2 conference rooms. A shower was added to one of the restrooms and all finishes and fixtures were upgraded through out. The renovation program kept the ceiling open in all communal areas but we implemented acoustical solutions for all private offices. The architecture, interior design and permitting were complete within eight weeks and construction started within three months of the purchase.
