Russian Hill Residence

The owner of this spacious multi-level Russian Hill residence, containing three bedrooms and three and a half baths, began working with Arcsine prior to purchasing the unit. The goals were to completely renovate the kitchen, a media room, and create a more functional master bedroom suite. Arcsine worked collaboratively with Elizabeth Cooper Interior Design throughout the entire design process; however Elizabeth selected furniture, finishes, and plumbing fixtures for the space.
Alterations to the kitchen included all new mill work and appliances, a new custom built-in pantry, and redesigning the island to include a prep sink. On the upper level, Arcsine relocated the laundry room to an unused hallway space, thus creating the opportunity for a media room without adding additional square footage to the unit. Finally, Arcsine reconfigured the existing master suite to include an additional closet, creating a more functional and contemporary master bath and still preserved the bedroom and its views of Alcatraz Island and the surrounding Bay.
